I agree with the others, it's a great model. There is just still something bothering me about the area around the armpit of the raised arm. It looks kinda flat and I think this should dig in deeper.

As for the lighting/shading, I don't know if it is supposed but currently it has a very CG plastic feeling to it. Also I think you should turn down the ramp/fresnel shading a bit. Also try to be a bit more bold with the light colors, they are all kinda greyish.

Keep it up.

cheers,
Matthias

Ok, so this might be my last update before I post the final image

I have played around with her some more, adding more detail into her hair and reworking her armpit. I also added a second light into the scene to brighten up her face and highlight her left side.

I feel like I am getting close now so I am going to tweak it a little more next week, then paint in the details I want to add before she is finished. I know many of you have pointed out the "cg" look of the image, but it is supposed to be in a cartoon style, and not realistic

As always, please let me know what you think so far

I wonder how it would look with a post effect in PS, such as a yellow layer above it set to color dodge or linear dodge? Might bring more of those warmer colors out
