Description:

     One way to move your selection besides using the Move manipulator or the Constrain commands is with the Move Selection commands, which are assignable to keyboard shortcuts, image buttons, and mouse buttons.  They are also automatically assigned to the arrow keys on your keyboard.  These commands move your selection in a small amount in the plane of the screen, and are most useful for making small, fine adjustments.
