Description:
The Move Along Normals (Modify > Move Along Normals) tool will move each element of
your selection (vertices, edges, or faces) along its individual normal
vector. Once you initialize the tool, drag to adjust the amount of
the move operation. You can click and drag additional times to
further adjust the amount. Right-click or press Enter to exit the
tool.
Notes:
- Some selections don't
have a clear way in which Silo should move them with this tool, so you
won't always get the exact results you expect.
