Enable Snapping
Selection > Enable Snapping
 

Description:

      The Enable Snapping (Modify > Enable Snapping) toggle allows you to turn snapping on or off. If the menu item is checked, snapping is enabled. Otherwise, snapping is disabled. When snapping is enabled, the center of the manipulator will snap to the incremental values of the grid line spacing. Rotations will snap to the world x, y, and z axes.
